Love Is Silent

Love comes in and stays in silence
Waiting til you know it’s there.
Feeling safe, a heart accepts it.
Welcomed, it will fill the air.

Love comes in with padded slippers,
Standing softly by your side.
Confirming you are well and holy
Without words, your hearts confide.

Love, when open arms will trust it
Finds the heart and calms the mind.
Quietly, it shares its justice.
Gently, it unchains what binds.

Love in silence, heals the lonely.
Peace pervades as troubles pass.
Thankful now you feel Love’s glory
Grateful, your heart’s Home at last.
